1. Eligibility to use the Service

You must be at least 18 years old to access the Service. By using it, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and have legal capacity to accept these Terms. The Service cannot be used where applicable law forbids it.

2. Creating an account

An account with complete, accurate and up-to-date information is required for full Service access. Keep your login credentials private and accept responsibility for activity carried out through your account. Contact us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain deceptive information or involve fraudulent or abusive behaviour.

3. Service scope and restrictions

Norden Core AI provides AI-supported market research, trading alerts and, if enabled, automated order placement through connected broker accounts. The Service is provided for information and analysis purposes only.

• Norden Core AI does not hold, safeguard or manage your funds. Your capital stays in the brokerage or exchange account you control.
• We connect to your broker through API keys restricted to reading and order execution. These permissions do not allow withdrawals.
• Past performance from a strategy or signal is not an indication of future results.
• Trading involves the risk of loss, including the loss of part or all of your initial capital.

4. No investment recommendation

No content made available through the platform Norden Core AI constitutes financial, investment, trading or other professional advice. AI-generated signals and analytics are informational tools only. Consult a qualified financial adviser before deciding whether to invest. Norden Core AI is not registered as an investment adviser, dealer or financial planner.

5. Charges and billing

Some Service features are available only with a paid subscription. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may be revised with 30 days’ notice. Applicable taxes are excluded from fees and remain your responsibility. Plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. At our discretion, first-time subscribers may qualify for a refund within 14 days of the initial charge.

6. Permitted use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service unlawfully or in breach of applicable legislation.
• Attempt to decompile, disassemble or retrieve the source code of the platform.
• Use automated software to scrape, crawl or extract information from the Service.
• Resell, sublicense or use any portion of the Service commercially without prior written approval.
• Damage, disrupt or impair the Service, its security, performance or supporting systems.
• Engage in market manipulation, front-running or other activity that violates financial rules.

7. Intellectual property rights

All content, code, algorithms, marks and confidential know-how supplied with or through the Service are the sole property of Norden Core AI or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer ownership or any other proprietary right in that material. Our names, logos and marks require prior written consent for use.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”, WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY TYPE, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. Norden Core AI WE MAKE NO PROMISE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE CONTINUOUS, ERROR-FREE OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER DAMAGING COMPONENTS.

9. Limits on liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, Norden Core AI WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA LOSS, TRADING LOSSES OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY. OUR AGGREGATE LIABILITY TO YOU WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Norden Core AI IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Norden Core AI and its directors, officers, employees and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses and costs, including reasonable legal expenses, arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms or infringement of another party’s rights.

11. Term and termination

You can close your account through the account settings or by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or end access immediately after a breach of these Terms. Once access ends, your authorisation to use the Service ceases, and account information may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

12. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Norden Core AI, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes must first be submitted to binding arbitration in 200 Park Avenue, New York, NY 10166, United States under American Arbitration Association procedures. Users in the EU or UK may also bring complaints before the courts available in their local jurisdiction.

13. Updates to these Terms

We may revise these Terms periodically. Significant changes will be communicated at least 14 days beforehand by email or a notice on the Platform. Continuing to use the Service after the effective date means you accept the updated Terms.
